Started in 2023, Pinsa Fire crafts a much healthier alternative to traditional pizza. Our crusts are made with a blend of zero wheat flour, rice flour , soy flour, and sourdough starter. It is fermented for 72 hours before stretched and pulled. The result is a light, airy dough and with a crisp texture when cooked. Pinsa Dough also has less gluten than traditional pizza dough, which results in an easily digestible product. It is also a vegan, non gmo product. We offer an array of both classic and signature pinsas that will keep you coming back for more! #fuelyourinnerfire
