Pinsa Fire: Ancient Roman Style Pizza
At Pinsa Fire , we pride ourselves on our innovative crust made from a blend of double zero wheat flour, rice flour, soy flour, and sourdough. Utilizing a 72 hour cold fermentation, this unique combination creates a light, airy, and crispy texture that is a delightful departure from traditional pizza. Pinsa is also low in calories, gluten , non GMO and Vegan.
