While traditional pizza dough has around 20% gluten,our Pinsa only has 7% making it a gluten-friendly option.The result is an easily digestible, NON GMO and Vegan option. Available in both 9 and 12 inch sizes, they are perfect for either a satisfying meal for just yourself or to share with someone else!
